When my younger brother Bobby was diagnosed with terminal cancer some months ago, I went to the internet for help. I found a bit here and a bit there, some was easy to understand, some difficult. I also read many, many books. Now I would like to put all the information I've gathered, together in a simple, straightforward way, so that even a child could understand it.
