What Cancer Means to You

The term cancer refers to a group of condition or diseases related to one another by virtue of a similar origin. Cancerous trait-like conditions all result from an impairment of body cells, causing the cells to abnormally multiply to unproportional sizes, shapes and numbers. The human body is made up of millions and millions of distinct cells which perpetually regenerate and die in the course of a person's lifetime.
