A third of all people in the UK are affected by cancer. A quarter of all deaths is cancer related. Cancer is a genetic disorder of somatic cells, which are all cells within the body apart from sperm and ova. Genetic changes within the cell causes it to behave abnormally and starts growing and producing more cancer cells.
