The Link Between Obesity and Cancer

Each year 10.9 million people worldwide are rocked by a diagnosis of cancer and with a well established link between obesity and cancer there are definitely preventable cancers within these statistics. Professor Martin Wiseman, medical and scientific adviser for the UK's World Cancer Research Fund, believes that if all of us had a body mass index (BMI) of under 25, this would make a huge dent in cancer incidence.
